摘要：集装箱底板是集装箱主要的承载配件，不仅要求有极高的强度、刚度和较好的耐久性，还需要进行特殊的化学防虫处理，是迄今为止胶合板产品中技术性能要求最高的一种。以国产木材为原料研究、开发和生产集装箱底板用胶合板产品，实现集装箱底板材料的全部国产化具有重要的现实意义。

　　论文介绍了以国产木材(桦木和落叶松)为原料，制造集装箱底板用胶合板的生产工艺技术以及桦木和落叶松集装箱底板用胶合板生产企业的设计。结合当今集装箱底板用胶合板的市场现状，技术发展趋势，并结合其产品的生产技术要求和检验标准，系统阐述了国产木材(桦木和落叶松)集装箱底板用胶合板研究和开发的的意义。

　　论文与集装箱胶合底板生产企业的生产实际相结合，围绕着为生产工艺服务，系统地阐述了本人在设计过程中的设计思想，原材料的基本计算方法，木材加工设备的选用，设计企业的财务计算以及实用新技术在生产过程中的应用等，并结合本人在设计实习过程中所看、所闻、所学，提出了一些在现实生产中存在的问题及改进、发展集装箱底板用胶合板产品的建议。

Abstract: The plywood for container flooring is the main loading accessories，which should not only have high strength，stiffness and preferably wear-life，but also demand special chemistry anti-insect treatment. It is one of the most important plywood products for technical property untill now. It was very important for domestic container manufacturer to develop and produce plywood for container flooring based on domestic wood as the raw material.

　　The thesis introduced production technology of the plywood for container used domestic timber such as Birch and Larch, and also introduced the designs of Birch and Larch container manufacturing enterprise. With the current market situation of the plywood for container, the technological development trend, the production special requirement of the plywood for container products and the examination standard, the thesis has also explained systematically the significance of the research and the development that the plywood for container of domestic timber (Birch and Larch ).

　　With the enterprise productive practice of the plywood for container soleplate manufacturing and the serving for the production technology, this thesis has explained systematically my design philosophy in the course of designing, basic computing technology of raw materials, the exertion of the wood processing equipment, finance calculating of the enterprises design and the application of new technology in process of productive practice, etc. With all the things in the course of designing and practicing, I put forward some questions which existing in realistic production and the suggestion which improving the development of the plywood for container soleplate products.
