摘要:随着国民经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,我国对胶合板的需求量也大幅度增加。但近年来,由于对木材的过渡开采和国家“天保 ”工程的实施,促使可利用的木材资源锐减,我国木材的缺口进一步扩大。随着木材资源供求矛盾的日益尖锐,人们把注意力转到人工速生林,以解决我国木材资源严重短缺的问题。本设计采用资源丰富的杨木为原料生产胶合板,满足人们对胶合板的需求。

  本设计中,设计者拟在伊春市建立年产15000立方米的胶合板生产车间。设计中首先介绍了我国胶合板生产的发展历史,现状,以及它的发展前景。按照工程项目设计的过程确定了普通胶合板的工艺流程和原材料的消耗量,并对设备的选型、车间定员、建筑结构、动力及电气、运输、经济核算以及环境卫生等部分进行了设计。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of the people’ living condition, the need of the plywood in China is rising substantially. In recent years, because of the overexploitation of timbers and the actualization of the “God Save Project”, the timber resources available are dropping sharply. Besides, the gap between the supply and need of timbers becomes larger. Due to the increasingly contradiction between the supply and need of timbers, people turn their attention to the artificial fast-grow forests to solve the problems of the serious shortage of timbers. This design employs full-resourced poplar as the raw material to produce the plywood to satisfy the people’s demands.

  The designer supposes to build a workshop in Yichun, which can produce plywood 15,000 cubic meters annually. At first, the design introduces the history of the developing of plywood, the present situation of using it and its outlook. The technological process and the consumption of raw material of common plywood is confirmed according to the process of designing the project. The type of the facilities, personnel of the department, constructional structure, power and electric, transportation, economic calculation and environmental hygiene are also designed.
